Hey, welcome back to the what the Wealth podcast. This is your host, jonathan Bedner, certified Financial Planner. Today we're going to talk about some exciting news developing at Paradigm Wealth Partners. It is obviously in the first quarter of 2024, and there is lots of developments that are going on across the financial markets across the world, but there's something that we're doing here at Paradigm that I'm really really excited about.

If you're a current client, you know that we have had an office. Our primary office is in Knoxville, tennessee. I've lived in Chattanooga, tennessee, for the past seven years, since the end of 2017. And we are actually in the process now of creating our official Chattanooga location. So we have had some office space since last year and we've been working behind the scenes to create what this office space looks like. We've been letting the current tenant finish out their lease and so, all along the lines behind the scene, we have been working on formally having a physical presence here in the greater Chattanooga area to continue to serve clients throughout East Tennessee and across the country and to be able to offer that service for our Chattanooga residents in person, so that way they don't have to drive to Knoxville, they don't have to opt to Zoom if they don't want to. Many, many clients are utilizing Zoom, but we're really excited and I'm really excited about the ability to have a physical presence in Chattanooga. This is where my family, my wife, is from, this is where I've transplanted to and our kids are growing up in this community, so it's really, really special to be able to do that.

So what I'm going to do is, over the coming months, as we continue to open up and hopefully probably by August is my timeframe. I don't know if we'll hit that, but as we move into that August timeframe I hope to have it fully open by then and along the way, I'm just going to share tidbits of where we are. That might come in video, it might just come in an audio format, but I do want to kind of share before and after pictures and just help you feel like you're part of this transition as well. You, our clients, have really helped shape our firm and who we are today and who we serve, and just think it's really, really cool to be able to share this with you. So over the coming weeks and months, we'll share some updates along the way. Some of that might be on the YouTube channel, some of that might be from this podcast and some of it might be on my LinkedIn page. The office space is on Signal Mountain Road, so it's right off Highway 27,. Really, really close to the North Shore and downtown. It's again right off Signal Mountain Road, very, very close to the Baylor School there, two buildings independent of each other. I don't have all the space, I have one unit and we're in the process of remodeling that now. So demo starts over the next week or so and we're going to have a blank slate. We're going to be able to create really an office space that again allows us to continue to serve the clients who entrust us with their finances.
